These will be intermediate classes. Participants should have
previous experience working with watercolor or have taken one of
Dinah's beginning classes.
This six week intermediate workshop
series will be offered on Tuesdays from 6 PM to 9 PM beginning August
12 and running through September 16. Participants will experiment with both old and new
techniques using paperboard. Pouring and dropping colors,
negatives and mask techniques will be studied, along with various
other methods. The workshop will stress techniques and
experimentation.
Bring your brushes, paints and an
enthusiastic and open mind. Please feel free to bring any
current projects for which you would like input and advice.
Cost of this workshop is $75 ($65 for
BAC members) payable at the time of application. A $15
materials fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of the
workshop. This series of classes will be held at the Berea
Arts Council's ArtSpace, 116 N Main St., Berea, KY.
