Knitted Knockers

Instructor:  Judy Cowen, co-owner of Fiber Frenzy in Berea.

Knitted Knockers is a service knitting and crochet program that reaches around the world. Volunteers create soft, light weight prosthesis for women who have had mastectomy.  In this workshop you will learn how to crochet a knocker, and join the fellowship of knitters and crocheters helping women around the world. 

Friday, July 28   – 1:30 – 2:30pm;   $10.00 materials fee, free workshop with admission to event;  Participants should bring a G hook and 3 locking stitch markers.


Needle Felting
Instructor: Pamela Corley Slowkowsi

A Berea artist who works in a number of mediums, including paint and a variety of textiles, Slowkoski can also be seen at The Kitty, cat rescue and neutering booth in the QE nonprofit.

Saturday, July 29 –  10:15-12:15;  $10.00 materials fee, free workshop with admission to event
Age 16 and older
